### Overview <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

Modr8 AI is a feature rich AI driven Telegram community bot with a credit based pricing system. Credits are purchased in bundles and are consumed based on the  AI reviewing messages sent to your chat.

Here's a quick overview of how our pricing works:

* You purchase credits in bundles, to pay for AI processing of messages.
* Credit bundles are charged one-time, you can buy more whenever you wish/need.
* Our pricing is charged on a ***per bot*** basis and credits are allocated to the bot.
* Your bot can be added to as many chats as you wish, messages all consume from the bots credits.
* You are **not** limited to number of chats  & you are **not** limited to number of users in your chats.
* All features are unlocked & available - there's no hidden features.
* Upon registering your bot you are allocated **100 credits for free**
* You do not need to provide any AI keys, account information or subscriptions. We handle it all for you.

### How do I know which is the right bundle to purchase? <a href="#do-you-offer-free-trials" id="do-you-offer-free-trials"></a>

You will purchase a bundle dependent on the number of credits you require. Credits are allocated to your bot credit balance. Whenever your bot utilises one of our AI models we will consume a credit. In general **you can think of 1 message in your chat consuming 1 credit** from your balance.\
\
Since credits are consumed by messages, the busier your chat the more credits you are likely to need. Luckily, we've crunched a lot of numbers to come up with a rule of thumb:

* Quiet communities 150 messages per day - Starter bundle is ideal to last you up to 2 months.
* Busy communities 1,500 messages per day - Growth bundle will last you just over a month.
* Hyper busy 3,000 messages per day - Hyper scale bundle will last you a month.

If you are looking to use your bot across multiple chats you can opt for the growth or hyper scale plans to keep you covered each month.<br>

### Viewing Your Credit Balance <a href="#do-you-offer-free-trials" id="do-you-offer-free-trials"></a>

Once you have registered a bot on the Modr8 Ai platform you can view your current credit balance by following these steps:

1. Login to the Modr8.ai Platform
2. Select `"Manage"` on your bot profile
3. Select `"Manage AI Credits"`

You can see the current credit balance in two places, firstly on the bot profile itself:

### Purchasing AI Credits <a href="#do-you-offer-free-trials" id="do-you-offer-free-trials"></a>

To purchase credits you can complete the following steps:

1. Login to the Modr8.ai Platform
2. Select `"Manage"` on your bot profile
3. Select `"Manage AI Credits"`
4. Select `"Purchase Credits"` button
5. Review which plan you wish to purchase and select `"Buy X Credits"` button
6. LemonSqueezy checkout overlay will load.
7. Complete the checkout information and once your order has been placed your balance will update in real-time.

### Do you offer free trials? <a href="#do-you-offer-free-trials" id="do-you-offer-free-trials"></a>

Yes - whenever you register a bot for the first time to the platform we will grant you **100 credits for free**. This will allow your bot to analyse 100 messages at our expense. It's a great way to test out your rules in a small chat or private group.

### What payment methods do you accept? <a href="#what-payment-methods-do-you-accept" id="what-payment-methods-do-you-accept"></a>

Our payments are processed securely by [LemonSqueezy](https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/). At present we are accepting payments from:

* Cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay from customers worldwide)
* PayPal
* Apple Pay (Safari only)
* Google Pay (Chrome only)
* Alipay
* WeChat Pay
* Cash App Pay
* Bank debits (e.g. ACH)

### Do you accept Crypto payments? <a href="#do-you-accept-crypto-payments" id="do-you-accept-crypto-payments"></a>

No - Unfortunately due to Global Sales Tax rules, the lack of clear regulatory information for each jurisdiction and the overhead in processing we can not offer cryptocurrency payments at this time.
